N961EZ has complete Phase 1.
Phase 1 is finished and signed off (5 hours and 20 landings). There are still a couple issues that need to be addressed (see below) but as I fly the plane, I'm beginning to become more familiar with the new systems and
building confidence in its performance.

Trouble Punch List
As I run across items, I'll add them to my list.
REDO - Fuel level calibration. I'm not happy and don't trust the calibration. More later.
Add heat shields to lower cowl (exhaust pipe heat shields)
Build/Install combustion ram air duct in bottom of lower cowl
Fuel Level Calibration - I talked to Dynon, they gave me a couple ideas on how to do the calibration, without needing to re-do all the fuel transfer (empty/refill tanks)
DONE
DONE - Build/Install combustion ram air duct in bottom of lower cowl
DONE - Paint/Install wing bolt covers
DONE - Replace battery - Battery was swollen and would not hold charge
DONE - Repair/Replace Pitot tube and plumbing in the nose. New calibration shows no leaks
DONE - Airspeed and Altitude seems like they are both reading low. Need to Recalibrate Pitot and Static systems, Test for leaks. (Found leak in Pitot System, Need to come up with a fix. ALSO, Redrilled the 6 Static holes to make sure they wern't plugged)
DONE - Re-Shim left wing (incorrectly installed shim in upper bolt, needs to be in lower bolt)
DONE - Verify the rudder /brake bypass springs. These springs may need to be tighter
DONE - Fuel Pump Circuit Breaker Switch kicks off after about 2 minutes when fuel flow is low. (Need to change the 5 amp breaker to a 7 amp breaker)(Ckt Bkr on order)
DONE - Wing leveler (NavAids) doesn't appear to be driving the ailerons.
DONE - Gear UP switch still not working correctly, possible wrong logic on "TILT safety switch". Need to fly with the laptop to verify what safety switch is preventing the mains from performing the normal retract (been using the "Emergency Retract" to get the gear to come up)
DONE - Left gear isn't retracting completely, possibly hanging on aft lip of wheel well. Gear was langing on the aft lip. Remachined a slight angle in the half-fork this effectively move the tire forward about 1/4 inch.
DONE - Gear horn isn't loud enough, replace with car horn. Car horn works GREAT.
DONE - Cut aft cowling to reduce effect of prop bow wave.
DONE - Calibrate Fuel Level Sensors (Not Happy with calibration. I need to see if Dynon will allow editing of lookup table.
DONE - Rough Engine - Found a small amount of debris in the #1 injector, ALSO, #1 intake tube gasket had a small crack in it.
DONE - Airspeed Warning (gear interlock) not working. Airspeed pressure switch not connected correctly.
DONE - Full Throttle sense switch not connecting. Adjusted switch so it makes when throttle is at full. (used for Canopy warning and Main gear retract safety
This was my hit list before I flew the plane. I'll leave this up here to give you an idea of some of the items that need to be looked at.
